Torch 180
Torch 180, founded in 2015, operates as a training facility dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities gain employment in the food service industry. Their mission began with the Torch food truck, which provides free, freshly cooked hot meals to food-insecure neighborhoods. With partnerships like Trader Joe's, they have provided over 100,000 free meals. Their 4,000-square-foot training facility restaurant in Fowlerville is a beacon of hope and opportunity for those with disabilities.
