Due to Covid 19, meetings are NOT being held at the Bennett Center. They are currently conducted via Zoom and/or in public spaces where we can socially distance. Please watch our Facebook page for weekly updates as to location/platform. Thank you!

Join the Livingston Sunrise Rotary Club Zoom Meeting:
https://cleary.zoom.us/j/94053415524
Meeting ID: 940 5341 5524
As with any regular meeting, it is open to members and visitors, so if you have someone you think can benefit, please forward this information to them so they can participate. And remember, this is a LIVE ZOOM meeting. Anything you say may be used against you... isn't that right, FINE SHERIFF?
The ZOOM meetup itself will start at 7:30am. However, if it is your first time at this, our Host hopefully will have the meeting open at 7:15am. Use this time to chit-chat, catch up and finish your caffeinated beverage of choice.
HERE are some ZOOM meeting protocols and useful tips I found from another Rotary International member.
I think I speak for all Rotarians that we are DONE with CoViD-19 but the virus is not done with us. Until we can be absolutely safe meeting indoors, we will continue to have virtual meetups.
Our virtual speaker on ZOOM this Friday, Nov. 7 is George Moses, beloved publisher of The Marketeer (celebrating its 46th anniversary this month) and similar periodicals. George and his wife Melanie are honorary member of LSRC and also are members of the Brighton Rotary for the last 41 years.
He will share some videos he has of the Brighton High School Robotics Team and their championship season, beating out thousands of competitors from all over the USA. The Brighton High School Robotics Team, the TechnoDogs Team 3707, are world champs.
He will also share a video with us of a team restoring an Indy style racing motorcar. VROOM! Ask George about his drone that has taken some remarkable videos of Downtown Brighton over the years.
Below is George Moses on the left with Sheriff Mike Murphy at our last President's Night.
Send us your pictures of Rotarians in Action! When I say Team Rotary, you say GO!

HELP LCCC DISTRIBUTE CHRISTMAS BLESSING BASKETS
Over the past couple of years, a number of LSRC Club Members have assisted Livingston County Catholic Charities to deliver food and gifts to low-income and homebound senior citizens. Last year the project assisted more than 160 seniors. The Christmas Blessing Project will continue this year, though with some adjustments to maintain the safety of the volunteers and the recipients.
We are in need of volunteers who can deliver the food and gifts on December 10 and 11. You only need to volunteer on one day. If you can assist, contact Katie Holmes at: katie@livingstoncatholiccharities.org
