ALL LSRC & M-36 Clubs, Rotary Family Lunches, and Face-to-Face meetings are suspended until sometime in JULY (?).

This Week's Guest Speaker(s)
Sue Spangler talked to us LAST WEEK about her work with Police Dogs, Service Animals, Pet Cremation and introduced us to the Michigan War Dog Memorial in South Lyon.
My wife, Kathy, had prepared a BEAUTIFUL PowerPoint Presentation that included new photos of the Brighton Area School's therapy dogs that will be on the cover of July's NEIGHBORS magazine. However, due to technical difficulties, we were not able to show it.

LSRC President Jim Gilmore invites you and a guest to participate in this year's celebration of everything Rotary for the year 2019-2020. Food, fun, festivities and awards will happen. 
The event is Thursday June 25, 6-9 pm at the Lazy J Ranch in Millford.   [Note there is NOT a regular Rotary meeting on FRIDAY June 26, thank goodness!]
 
There are THREE ways to participate from least funnest to the most fun.
 
1.  Stay home!  Watch the festivities on a LIVE ZOOM Broadcast.
2. Drive thru!  If you can't attend, or you don't feel up to mixing and mingling, you can pick up your supper, dessert and adult beverages as well as any awards you may have won, member gift, brochure and printed program.
3.  Attend in Person!  Tables of four will be set, appropriately spaced apart, and the serving staff are well coached on proper protocols for avoiding the spread of CoViD-19. There will be other changes appropriate to food and health safety the staff will follow. And a cool summer breeze will flow through the open barn doors.

You can enjoy a meal with local Rotarians every day of the week:

Monday - Lunch - Howell at Howell Board of Education Room at the Administration Building (on Highlander Way)

Tuesday - Lunch - Brighton at the Brighton Community Building (aka the Boy Scout Building)
 
Tuesday - Lunch - Lyon Area at Abbey Park at Mill River...off Milford Road, south of I-96, across from Coyote Golf Club 

Wednesday - Lunch - Fowlerville at First United Methodist Church on 2nd Street

Thursday - Breakfast - Hartland Rotary Club, at the Hartland Insurance Agency (Old US 23, just north of M 59).  

Thursday - Lunch - Novi at Suburban Collection Showcase
                - NOON - Milford Rotary Club, The Wine Studio 113 N. Commerce Street in Milford.
