Candie volunteers as an Ambassador with the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce. She welcomes new members, attends events, and are an extension of Chamber staff, representing the GBACoC at all of their functions. The Ambassadors meet once a month to discuss upcoming events and make plans to visit new and existing members.
The Livingston County Senior Nutrition Program, ''Meals On Wheels'' is a Non-Profit organization which offers a nutrition service for senior adults over the age of 60.
Well Balanced hot meals are delivered five days a week that meet one third of a person's daily nutrition requirements to the frail homebound seniors of Livingston County.
They also provide meals to the following seven Congregate Senior Centers: Hamburg, Fowlerville and Hartland and Gregory.
In addition, they provide opportunities for other older adults to receive and give fellowship by volunteering to serve at sites or deliver to the homes. Call them at 1-888-886-8971for more information on their program or click on this link to VOLUNTEER with MEALS on WHEELS.

Wednesday - Lunch - Fowlerville at First United Methodist Church on 2nd Street
Thursday - Breakfast - Hartland Rotary Club, at the Hartland Insurance Agency (Old US 23, just north of M 59).
Thursday - Lunch - Novi at Suburban Collection Showcase
- NOON - Milford Rotary Club, The Wine Studio 113 N. Commerce Street in Milford.
