This Week's Guest Speaker(s)
Networking DIFFERENTLY in the Virtual World
Devonna Snowden will introduce us to Tonya Acha [pronounced TOE-nyah and Acha with a long "A" A-KUH). She's a relationship marketing expert and coach with her own firm in Grand Blanc, TAC Coaching and Training.

Tonya also is an Area Director of  Business Networking International group and has been a BNI member for the last 15 years. They practically invented the referral group model for networking. She co-founded 100 Women Igniting Change in Genesee County back in 2012.

PRESIDENT's NIGHT 6/25/2020
Jim Gilmore invites you and a guest to participate in this year's celebration of everything Rotary for the year 2019-2020. Food, fun, festivities and awards will happen.
The event is Thursday June 25, 6-9 pm at the Lazy J Ranch in Millford.   [Note there is NOT a regular Rotary meeting on FRIDAY June 26, thank goodness!]

There are THREE ways to participate from least funnest to the most fun.

1.  Stay home!  Watch the festivities on a LIVE ZOOM Broadcast.
2. Drive thru!  If you can't attend, or you don't feel up to mixing and mingling, you can pick up your supper, dessert and adult beverages as well as any awards you may have won, member gift, brochure and printed program.
3.  Attend in Person!  Tables of four will be set, appropriately spaced apart, and the serving staff are well coached on proper protocols for avoiding the spread of CoViD-19. There will be other changes appropriate to food and health safety the staff will follow. And a cool summer breeze will flow through the open barn doors. So fear not, McDuff!  Mask on, Carry on, Worry not.

However, you MUST register online for options 2 & 3 by Friday June 19. Register by clicking this link imbedded in this sentence.

Congrats to the Brighton Rotary Raiders for constructing their first wheelchair ramp of 2020. Seen on the lower right is Lori Lalama lending a hand. About a dozen Rotarians participated.  George Moses said they started about 9 o'clock and finished by 2:30, with a little rain in-between.

The Hungry Duck Run 5K and Half Marathon, including the Duckling Dash and the Rubber Ducky Race on the Mill Pond have been cancelled for this year's Fourth of July Festivities on... [wait for it]  ...Saturday, July 4! There will be some sort of socially distant parade, however.
